“Some cute aspects but very old building that looks a little tired. Stairs are as described, bathroom requires that you go in sideways to get between the sink and tub and shower is a step up into the claw foot bathtub. Reminds me of my old college apartments. ”

“Had an enjoyable stay! Felt very safe, area was quiet and peaceful. Downtown Winooski was a short drive away, as well as downtown Burlington. Beds were super comfy, unit was so much bigger than I realized. Plenty of room for 4 people (we had 2) even a great little office room away from the living room if work is needed to be done. Would def recommend and stay again”

“Currently, I cannot find the description of the apartment but it would have been helpful to Know that it was in a Basement. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because there were five entrances into the apartment. Although they were all locked, it was a little alarming. Additionally, there is no kitchen if that's important to you.”

“Nice place, great communication by James. The parking spot was very tight for our full size truck but doable. Like others said the bathroom and shower is small, water pressure was fine, door doesn’t shut well. Bedrooms were really nice, well lit and comfortable bedding. Good location for getting around. Kitchen has everything you need. Thought it was a bit pricey,Overall nice stay”

“The condo was clean and well appointed. It was an end unit of 4 attached condos. The walls were paper thin in the unit and to the one adjoining unit. First night I was awoken to loud music at 2:30 am, second night was fine, third night was group partying on the front stoop and 4th night a group of 10 people parked in front of our unit and tried our door first before going to another unit a couple down from us. This was at 11:30pm, quite frightening. I even called 911. Our contract called……
