"This property is very old. The window AC unit could not cool the down stairs and continued to trip the breaker. The deck had fallen away from the house before we arrived and was down fr a couple of days. Please be aware of what you’re getting and if it’s hot the house is extremely warm."

"Pink mold in tile of tub. I would not even take a shower here and I am not usually that picky. Told the manager about it the next morning. He said "Yes, there is a little mold problem that they are working on. They had bought the place 6 months ago and were working on the issue". I would think mold ..."
