Walking distance to the river front and beaches. This light filled, architecturally designed home features a well equipped kitchen-dining area, spacious bedrooms, ensuite, deep bath and modern amenities including reverse cycle heating and cooling. The enclosed backyard and front courtyard provide ample privacy for relaxation.

The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. The ensuite is fully equipped with large shower and double sinks. The second bedroom is a spacious queen with built in robes. Located adjacent is the main bathroom with bath and large separate shower.

The home has a large kitchen and living space with family dining table, electric oven and gas cooktop.

There is driveway and street parking.

Please note the garage is not available for guest use
