Definitely an older hotel but very well maintained, good breakfast menu, had trouble getting heat in the room staff came up and found that thermostat batteries were dead and she replaced with new ones and got heat. Also told us to bring temperature up slowly which worked - this should be in writing on the furnace unit

The staff was very friendly, courteous and responsive. This is an older hotel in need of being upgraded. The ceiling in the pool area, suspended ceiling, was damaged, missing panels and in poor condition. The hot tub’s bottom was covered with sand so not sure if a sand filter that was not working correctly and the jets did not function correctly. Rooms were clean but, again, dated and were “worn out”. Very disappointed as expect better from Hampton Inns and Hilton.
