“This place is very quiet and close to everything. Most people that come are there either fishing or workers so a lot of the time you have the resort to yourself. Only one person was every at the pool when we where there. It is very quiet. The tv lost signal on one of our last days and they couldn’t figure out how to fix it but really wasn’t a big deal. If you want to relax and travel around in a rental car this place is great.”

“The staff was great and the location is amazing. The food from the in-house restaurant was really good and decently priced for the convenience. The breakfast didn’t change from day to day but was made well and I enjoyed it every morning I was there. Your room is scheduled for a cleaning every other day. I only have 2 complaints. 1) you are hit with a $50 + tax resort fee when you arrive. I was told that was for parking and for being on the beach. I guess this is okay but I HATE surprise charges ……

“The pictures on the advertisement wasn’t what we saw after we got there, there were dead bugs and fake fingernails on the floor and it took several hours for staff to clean it.”

“We were on the second floor and the elevator was broke down. There was no indication prior to booking that it was under construction. I brought four smaller children who I had to do multiple trips up and down the stairs with and carry heavy luggage. There were big rips in the comforter. The floor in the room turned my white socks black. There were six of us in a room and they only had one towel and one wash cloth. The hallway floor and stairs look like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months. There……

“The staff was amazingly helpful; best customer service we’ve had in a long time. The hotel is old but it was clean and the location is perfect. Only complaint would be the A/C unit didn’t function well. But for sure we’ll be coming back.”

“I’ve always stayed here. However under new management and they charge a parking fee per day! Ridiculous since the parking is in the back , the towels were super cheap and dry made me itch! Last time we book here !”
