"Property a bit cluttered on the outside. A homeless man, who appeared incapacitated or not oriented was at back entrance at night, started talking to me. I lied and told him I worked for the US government, and he then went away. Hallways smell like cigaret smoke. Rooms old, but clean. Bed great. Quiet at night. very basic amenities. Breakfast very basic, bread, a toaster, waffle maker, some cereal and fruit and watered-down juice. I was just there to sleep, so it was ok. Quiet at night though, for that I might consider staying again."

"My stay was good. The front desk clerk was very nice and professional. I had booked two rooms and it was nice that they were able to put us next to each other. The AC was little too cold for me, but I had the option of adjusting to a more comfortable setting. The toilet seats, however, had no covering and I was confused if that was the intent. This I did not like. Overall, my stay was good. "

"I’d like to share feedback regarding my recent experience, as I believe it reflects serious opportunities for improvement in cleanliness, responsiveness, and overall guest care. I have long respected the Hyatt brand, which is why this experience has been especially disappointing. Earlier today, when I opened the blinds/shades in my room, I found a smashed roach left on the window area. As I began packing my belongings to request another room, I also noticed small ants in the room. I brought these concerns to staff and was told twice that someone would be sent to address the issue. I then left the room for approximately six hours, believing that would provide ample time for the matter to be fully resolved. However, upon returning, there was still a smashed roach on the window, and I also found dead ants, including some on my skincare products. I was later told the room had been sprayed, but the visible cleanliness and sanitation concerns had not been properly handled. I requested to be moved to another room, but that request was initially dismissed and I was told someone would come in the morning to clean it. I then stated that I would prefer to have the remainder of my stay refunded so I could leave. At that point, I was offered another room, although I was informed it would be a smaller room. When preparing to move, there was no luggage trolley readily available. After I asked about one, I was told there was a trolley somewhere down the hallway. I then asked whether I wa"

"I had an excellent experience. Both the staff and the other visitors were very kind. Everything was spotlessly clean, and at all times, they offered to help me if I needed it. I felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout my visit."

"The breakfast had all the items that my wife and I wanted. Everything was spotless and there were more than enough tables and chairs fort a reelaxing meal. The parking is in back of and to the side of the entrance only a few steps to the front doors with plenty of parking spaces. The staff, from the front desk to the maintenence folks were all friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The hotel is located a few steps from the main street which makes everything you might want withing a few minutes away. All in all we would definitley stay here again. "
