Room in need of a refurbishment. Balcony door broken, took three requests to reception to actually get somebody to do a temporary fix. Bath /shower had a leak so forever using towels to mop up the water. Supposed to have a bottle of wine in the room on arrival, this never materialised even after requesting it, twice. Staff really did not care about these things.
