“Dona is a PROFESSIONAL exotic animal steward. They are not her “pets” though she loves them all. They were surrendered to her and her family by various people who bought them through exotic pet dealers. Do not go here expecting to hold a lemur or play with a fox. It’s an absolutely gorgeous place and an honor just to see the incredible animals she cares for. The apartment is just perfect for a nice little stay and taste of farm life”

“Could have been more open on the porch, no view, high wooden fence that blocks view of anything except small view of small porch. Other than that no complaints.”

“This was exactly what we thought it would be. Please know that if you are an outdoors type person and just need a place to watch tv while you fall asleep then this is for you. Keep in mind it is small but very comfortable. Woke up and had my coffee with about 25 manatee in the water just outside the camper!! How neat to see them and all the fish and sharks too. Would definitely stay here again and try my luck at fishing next time. Outdoor shower did not disappoint and the water was nice and hot!……

“My boyfriend and I had a great time. This place is very roomy, clean and has everything you need. There are a variety of places to eat nearby. We would definitely return when we can stay longer. We were in town visiting family and were staying here as a central location to all. The hosts responded to all inquiries promptly.”

“My best friend & I brought our nine year old grandsons here. As stated above, everything was fantastic, from meeting Dona' s Mom, "Mrs. A", upon our arrival to the wonderful animal tour given by Dona, complete with the boys being able to feed some of the animals, to the perfect evening with a fire, and star viewing. Dona & her Mom went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. We made great memories here and look forward to our next time we can come again!”

“I could not wait to go to bed. Best bed ever. Quiet neighborhood garage apartment. Neighborhood was old and in need of some upkeep. I was gone every day, all day, but looked forwad to this little apartment and its king size bed. Although i did not use the kitchen, it seemed well supplied. The bathroom was small but ample. Did not use tv, fireplace, or seating area. Outside behind the welcome sign there was a small fenced area with a couple of wicker chairs and small firepit. I had my dog with me……

“The property itself was clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for. There were snacks for us. It had a nice wide driveway. It was in an older neighborhood with some houses needing some maintenance. However, we would stay there again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Jacqueline’s villa. Excellent location, very clean and comfortable with pleasant views from the screened in porch. We also enjoyed the golf and tennis facilities in the Saddlebrook Resort. (This is not included with rental)”

“Beautiful house with plenty for everyone to do. Communication with Vrbo/Vacasa was horrible. Took forever to get any responses to questions. Property location is not great. We had zero problems while staying but the town/county is riddled with homeless and drug use. Did not feel comfortable with kids playing outside unless an adult was with them.”
