The Space:
With a location steps from the water, a covered patio with a wet bar, a firepit, and even a game room, this Port Richey home is going to make for a wonderful staging point for your next vacation with family and friends! The outdoor enthusiast will love strolling along the shoreline or dropping a line off the pier, and the home is equipped with two grills for cooking up today's fresh catch. You can also get a game of volleyball going, enjoy lunch at one of the many picnic tables on the property, or gather around the firepit to wind down in the evening. Inside you'll find a tasteful nautical theme with lots of upgrades throughout. There are lots of games and activities in the game room, including billiards, air hockey, foosball table, Playstation 3, and a foosball table. e. Remote workers and students will appreciate the home's free WiFi when they complete their online projects. This retreat also offers 1 stand alone dock and 1 connecting floating dock so you and your friends can bring your boats and jet skis, and fish from the dock!
When you venture out, why not rent a boat from the marina less than 400 feet (0.2 miles) away then get out on the water for an afternoon of fun? Waterfront dining is easy to find, with Whiskey River on the Water (0.2 miles) featuring live music and a full menu showcasing some Fort Richey specialties. Visit Tropical Breeze casino for a fun-filled evening with friends. Busch Gardens is about 35 miles away and features something for everyone, including thrilling coasters and over 200 species of animals. For a beach fix, you can either head into Green Key Beach (three miles) or to the much larger Clearwater beach, less than 27 miles away.

Inside was roomy and fairly clean. The outside needs some attention and upkeep. Grass not cut, dock and water access not good, volleyball net and firepit unusable. Playstation not working. Digital keypad did not work and there was only 1 key to have to keep up with and share with all adults.

Perfect place to get away with family and friends and just hang out by the magnificent pool, play games, take a walk along water's edge and just have fun. We loved this place and would definitely come back for a big group getaway.

Beautiful interior! Extra owner vehicles/trailers on site.
The inside of the property was beautiful and very, very functional! Ran a little bit short on toilet paper, be prepared. No waste baskets in bathrooms. No toilet paper holders for the toilet paper! Kitchen nicely stocked. Nice laundry facilities.On-demand water, so always plenty of hot water available. Kitchen appliances are brand new, and lovely. We struggled with the Wi-fi until the owner was contacted, after one day. There is no cage over the swimming pool, unlike some of the pictures show. False advertising! Lovely pool. Pool Heater did not work! We added water to the pool, and then the heater kicked in. Waterfront walks were pleasant.

Beautiful house
Beautiful house with plenty for everyone to do. Communication with Vrbo/Vacasa was horrible. Took forever to get any responses to questions. Property location is not great. We had zero problems while staying but the town/county is riddled with homeless and drug use. Did not feel comfortable with kids playing outside unless an adult was with them.

Great Family Vacation House
This was our second stay at Blue Shores with three families and it was another great vacation! The house is very well stocked and maintained. The pool area and all the games were enjoyed by all. The kitchen is fairly well stocked and we really enjoyed the new coffee maker (new addition from last years stay). Great family vacation house!

Beautiful House in Port Richey
Beautiful newly updated house with ample space for all to spread out and be comfortable. Large outdoor roof deck for relaxing during the day or evening and plenty of indoor and outdoor activities/games. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here agian.

Thanksgiving Week 2022
We loved this home! The porch was welcoming, you could sit and enjoy the water view or cozy up in a comfortable chair with a book. Inside was enough room inside to spread out or gather together. The kitchen was spacious, lots of counter and cupboard space. The large table was perfect for inside meals or playing games. The pool table was great, and the separate room with the foosball table and air hockey table worked out good. The pool area was awesome! The outside yard was very spacious, providing lots of space for ping pong and corn hole. The fire pit area was perfect for smores! We would definitely recommend this property to others.
