Worst experience

The host was not efficient on responces to texts. Day of arrival i never received check in Information. When i call AFTER the check in time, host stated property was double booked and the only thing he had was a 1 bed place to accommodate our family of 4 adults. Hist tried to tell me i never paid for cleaning serving which i could prove otherwise by receipt. We were left 1700 miles from home without a place to stay. Contacted VRBO who found a hotel in area. That hotel was absolutely horrible. I ended up booking a holiday innexpress on my own to get us out of a dangerous situation. So least to say i wont be using this again.
