Beach State offers an exquisite vacation experience in this beautifully remodeled home featuring stunning Gulf views and a private swimming pool. This residence comprises four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The first floor presents an open floor plan, incorporating the living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The second floor boasts two master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a television that allows access to streaming applications for personal entertainment. There is ample seating available on the deck and the patio by the pool. Additionally, there is an outdoor bathroom for pool guests. Situated beach-side, the emerald waters are just a short distance away.
Beach State is a non-smoking unit and does NOT allow pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
