First time in Port St Joe, and we absolutely loved it. The house and location at Windmark is wonderful, we had the most laid back vacation. Ash’s place was great

We are a family of 5 and this was our 4th visit to the Windmark Community. We love the location - still a hidden gem (though it’s growing). Ash’s place was great - clean, more than enough room for our whole family to spread out and the golf cart was a major bonus. Ash was super communicative and even facilitated a quick turnaround fix for the golf cart which had an unexpected issue pop up.

Super cute beach area with many boardwalks, golf cart trails, etc. while we did make good use of the golf cart, the pool and the beach are still very walkable! Our dog enjoyed walks through the neighborhood as we walked the boardwalks/trails to the adorable dog park! The ‘shopping area’ is still developing - will probably have more to do as it grows. We’d recommend the ice cream shop and the pizza place (weekday buffet!) Overall - definitely recommend. The house was perfect for us (mom & 6 teenagers) and I’d enjoy returning to this area as it continues to develop.
