Wonderful house!

It was such a wonderful house-close to the beach, so many amenities, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and room enough for seven adults to spread out. Had a great week!

Lovely stay at 3 Stars

This well appointed house was comfortable to stay in. Surprisingly the mattresses were decent for once ( rare in beach houses). The kitchen was the best equipped I e stayed in. It was so nice the house had beach towels, chairs, umbrellas stocked. Highly reccomend this house.

Labor Day Weekend

Checkin was simple. House was extremely well appointed, we probably brought a lot we didn’t have to bring (beach chairs, towels etc.) store and gas station were extremely close. Fire pit was a great touch. Definitely will return for another trip.

Overall great vacation home. Nice location. House was clean. Beach equipment was lacking but Be Our Guest was quick to provide chairs and umbrellas. They also were quick to deliver a propane tank when we wanted to grill. We did not use the Green Egg.

Great Beach House!

My wife wanted to go to Cape san blas before our son is born in July. I found this house which had easy beach access exactly where we were wanting to stay, and I reserved it immediately. Everything about this house was exactly what we were looking for, everything was close, the check in was quick and easy, and communication was excellent. The property manager even had the maintenance guys go out and fix the steps that had been damaged in a recent storm, just to make sure my wife could get down to the beach easily at almost 8 months pregnant. The whole stay was great, and my in-laws have already reserved it for this fall to take her 83 year old grandmother to the beach. We'll definitely stay here again!

Great house, even better property mgmt company

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Three Sea Stars for 6 weeks and loved the house. Large bedrooms, nice bathrooms, quick walk down the boardwalk to the beach which is shared with only one other house. The kitchen is fine, but with an electric stove and minimally equipped, it’s far from a chef’s kitchen but adequate for vacation. The separate ice maker is a great perk and we loved the Big Green Egg and gas grill. The most remarkable part of our stay was Donna and her team at Be Our Guest. They were so responsive and quick to address any concerns and fix things immediately. We’ve rented on CSB and other beaches and have never had such a great experience with a rental company. We would definitely rent this house again, but even more we will only rent with Be Our Guest for trips to this area in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautiful house, with a beach decoration and color scheme. It has a super spacious kitchen and has all kinds of things that are needed, it also has a grill, beach items. We were just a couple but a family with children who likes to be inside the house and go out to the beach would enjoy it much more. Very clean and in very good condition, it has little things that are details to be repaired that would be good if they were repaired. the house deserves it.

Great house & location!

We were extremely happy with this beach rental and look forward to staying again! The location was exactly what we were looking for.. easy, close beach access! Just a few steps away. The fire pit was a unique touch that added extra fun for the kids. Clean home that included everything that you may need on vacation.

Great Family House

The house was perfect multi -generation vacation. All the rooms were larger than they appeared on the website. It was nice having a primary bedroom up and downstairs. It was an easy walk to the beach.

Fantastic Family VACATION!

First impressions of the house and surroundings was AMAZING! The house, and all the amenities were BEAUTIFUL! The proximity to the beautiful beach was an outstanding bonus, especially with young children. We were able to come “Home” for lunch and naps, so this was a great benefit! All of us enjoyed the beautiful home, and ALL it offered! Definitely going back again!!

Beautiful home

Had a wonderful week in this house. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. Beds were very comfy. Nice screened in porch and balcony. Private fire pit and beach is about a 1 minute walk straight up a path and boardwalk. Owners were great to deal with. You get all you information needed on an app. Process was smooth simple and easy. More importantly, the house was amazing. We plan on returning.

House is spacious, an easy walk to the beach and has a nice little gulf view from the upstairs bedroom which we enjoyed. With several 20ish age people in the house we appreciated the simple things like having enough trash bags and dishwasher pods for the entire stay and not feeling like we had to ration. Feels like management has the "right" people too as our dog started barking at someone near the house and when I opened the door there was a key fob that I had dropped; the person handling the trash bins found it and set it in front of the door - very nice!

Relaxing and Glamorous Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of this home is perfect. Tall ceilings and design give it a very spacious feel. There were only two of us but, plenty room for a family to spread out and not feel congested. The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Super quiet area and feels very private. The mattress was very comfortable. One of the most restful vacations we have experienced in a long time. Location was great! Short and easy walk to the beach with minimal stairs. Walking distance to Scallop Cove for coffee, light breakfast or sandwich for the beach. Have rented through "Be our Guest" multiple times. As always, home was exceptionally clean. We did not experience any issues but, am confident this company would have quickly sprung into action, if that occurred. This home is on our Cape San Blas 'list'. Will definitely rent again.
