Beautiful setting.

Nice home in a beautiful location. Extremely positive setting with the ocean just steps away. The host was very generous with the amenities that they provided ( full size bars of dove soap,extra large bottles of shampoo and conditioner,everything we needed,t.p. P.towels,trash bags. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Great little beach house

This house was the perfect size for my family. Bathrooms and kitchen looked to be recently remodeled. There was a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Beautiful gulf views everyday and sunsets every evening. Great location on the cape. Nice quiet street.

Recharge at the beach

The perfect place to spend time together, relax and recharge. Right on the beach. Views were amazing. What a sunset!!

Very nice beach house!

We had a great time of peace and relaxation at this cute little house which was exactly the right size for just the two of us. We are older people and being right on the beach made it so much easier for us to carry our chairs and umbrella to the water. Which was clean and gentle! House was immaculate, which meant so much to us. Exactly as described, we have already booked it again for next year.

Nice Small option

Traveling as a couple, the property is a nice size and should work for a family. The beach access is close and not too many stairs involved. Wish the TV room furniture was more "comfortable" for sitting and napping but that's our preference. Everything was super clean and did not lack any kitchen equipment. Be Our Guest do a great job with communication and responsiveness.

Thanksgiving week

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had some hiccups this stay, our third one. The heat pump failed and it was cold when we began our stay. The toilets backed up on Thanksgiving Day and we had to unstop them. The rest of the week was uneventful.

Peaceful and relaxing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week for our wedding anniversary. We loved the close proximity of the beach and no crowds. The view was amazing from morning to sundown. We had 4 adults and our dogs. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back again! Home came with all the basic amenities and some extras! Plenty of games for rainy days and plenty of space for 4 people. We enjoyed the chair and umbrella delivery service that was offered through Vayk and took advantage of a credit that was offered.

You cannot beat the location! The house is incredibly cute though it does show its age/usage. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

The view was absolutely beautiful. They had plenty of all the necessities. Spectacular views. Loved the patio, the outside bar with stools, loved the beds, they were comfortable. Oh and did I mention the views.....breathtaking ❤️

Lovely cottage!

This was such a sweet little cottage! As described. Very clean. The only suggestion that I have is a new mattress in the queen bedroom, saggy in the middle but other than that, it was perfect! Only a few steps to the beach. I definitely would recommend this cottage for future stays

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed every thing about our stay at Duneside! Perfect bungalow for us 2 and our 2 little terriers. Beachfront made quick and easy access to the a great spot! The dune lined walk is beautiful but short. The house has everything you’d want and need. We especially enjoyed the deck for morning coffee and most of our meals. Perfect! (The only drawback is it needs a gate for convenience. There is a baby gate that was a solution but not too convenient. I don’t want to say this but thought it might be helpful to know. ). We love this place and know the cape very well. It’s our new spot! Thank you for sharing your special and beautiful home!

Family Vacation 2024

Great Experience

We stayed for a week March 2024. We were a group of 4 spanning 3 generations, plus one dog. We arrived late and after the entry code did not work, a call to the number on the site remedied the situation immediately. This house was the perfect size and equipped with everything we needed. We used the grill and the laundry facilities without any issues. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the meals we prepared. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the house and grounds were clean, and the beach was fabulous.

Would have loved to have the fresh air but the flies made it tough. Only found two large bugs. (One dead already, probably heart attack). Hey, it's Florida. We were there a month and would rent again. Great beach location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at this cottage, and it did not disappoint again. The cottage, including appliances and outside areas were spotless. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. The weather cooperated, and we have some beautiful photos of skyscapes against a turquoise sea. We brought our dog this time and he enjoyed it as well. Especially hunting for "ghost" crabs at night. No crabs were hurt in the adventure. We will definitely be back.

Worst vacation ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the worst vacation experience my family has ever had. When we arrived and opened the car door the first thing we notice was over flowing fecal matter and other contents of the septic tank running down the drive way. The septics tank was reported 5 days prior to our stay and didn’t get fixed until 4 days into our stay. The smell was disgusting and it’s was a health hazard. We arrived late Sunday night, but Monday mid day we noticed the air conditioner wasn’t working. Our entire stay we did not have central A/C. They put 2 mobile units in each down stairs bathroom, but the loft with twin beds was not usable due to extreme heat. The gulf coast has been in a drought and heat wave all summer. It was absolutely miserable. The hottest night inside the house was 88 degrees. There was no relief coming in from the hot beach. One night I started feeling sick from the heat and the next day just laid down all day inside. It was truly awful. They did send repair men. They did the best they could to fix it, but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. The A/C repair men were polite, but they were in the house the majority of our trip. My husband stay in the house while they were there, but this pulled him away from his wife and 2 children on vacation. We go to the beach every year at the same time to rejuvenate before school starts. I do not feel rejuvenated. All the property manager offered for our inconvenience was $560 check. We paid well over $500 a night to stay in this nightmare house. There was also a leak in the bathroom. Ant infestation inside, broken coffee pot, and broken blender. The appliances were swapped out. Again, inconvenience. The 2 nights before we were supposed to come home the property manager offer us a house across the street not on the beach and not what we paid for. We paid for a house on the beach with central A/C. At, that point I also was not pack all of our things, cleaning the refrigerator, putting in the car IN THE HEAT
