Wonderful getaway

We had the best time here. The home was very clean. The elevator was helpful for the grandparents, and the kids enjoyed it as well. Being right on the beach was such a luxury. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well. 10/10 recommend.

Great house in Cape San Blas

House as described! Clean and well-stocked. Beautiful Gulf views and easy access to beach. Very close to several great restaurants and stores/shops in Port St. Joe. Perfect for large groups!

Great location for quiet getaway

The house is really nice and in a very good location. Not a ton of people on the beach, so it was a nice quiet vacation. We had a few problems, but the management company was quick to help!

Most relaxing vacay ever

...what a wonderful place to see, hear, and feel the magic only the Gulf can provide. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the "almost private" beach, and the beautiful scenery -- complete with birds (even an eagle), porpoise, and sunrises and sunsets worthy of a canvas...definitely making plans to return.,

My in-laws are also partially disabled so the elevator was very convenient for them to get around the house. Hopefully it will be available next year when we know our plans.

Fabulous Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a wonderful week celebrating Thanksgiving with family. The beach house was exactly what we were hoping. It accommodated our group of 10 with ease. The house was extremely clean and came equipped with what we were expecting. The location was ideal and the views were phenomenal. We had a lovely time.

Perfect for our large family

House was spotless. Manager was easy to work with and communication was flawless. The photos and online description were exact. Being able to drive on the beach was great (but requires an appropriate vehicle). We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful week at the beach

The house was as advertised and was very comfortable. Two of our daughters stayed in the downstairs room on the daybed and trundle and it would have been more convenient if the bathroom downstairs had a shower. The elevator was very helpful in moving our luggage and in transporting our parents, who are in their 80's up and down the stairs. management was friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful, the location was great and we played volleyball at Salinas Park which is just down the street. Would certainly stay here again.

Great on the Cape!

This property was very large and fit our family nicely. 3 adult bed rooms. A bunk room with 4 bunk beds plus the downstairs foyer had trundle beds for more sleepers. Easily could sleep 12. Nice balconies all around. Property manager left flowers and a note. Very nice touch. House was well.stocked. Much more so than the description. Finally the free beach equipment was icing on a nice cake.

Family fall getaway Sept 2022

Great location. 10 minutes to grocery store. Oceonfront with fantastic views. Short walk on sand path to beach after wood walkway ends. Would recommend a cart to carry beach items though. Elevator is great for carrying groceries to third floor kitchen and for guest with mobility issues. Outdoor shower is very convenient to wash sand off and has a place to hang towels to dry. Garage was nice to keep electric bicycle that we carried.

Great family spot

Beautiful location and house. My family of five had a great vacation. Porches overlook the beach, easy walk to beach. I walked to Sand Bucket (15 min walk) to pick up burgers and bbq and bring them back to the beach. The elevator was very nice for getting luggage and groceries upstairs in one trip. The grill is gas, so no need to pick up charcoal on the way into town. If you get to the beach in the morning, be on the lookout for Bald Eagles. We spotted two that hang out in the trees down the left. They will cruise right over people's heads on the beach hunting. Most people on the beach never look up and completely miss the eagles 10 feet over their heads.

Property was great for our family beach trip consisting of 8. Great location - quiet beach.

Property was not clean upon arrival. No hot water on 2 of the 3 floors. Trash in bathrooms. Laundry in washer and dryer. Mold in bathrooms and around ceiling air vents. Property management company very responsive and polite and worked diligently to address all they could as fast as they could (2 days to fix hot water issue).

Listing Misleading.

The listing does not reveal that the elevator does NOT serve the entrance level adequately. An elevator is essential for some guests and having to mount stairs to get to it is unacceptable. The listing should make clear the reduced usefullness of the elevator by noting the need to climb stairs to get to it.

Opportunities would be to refurbish some of the kitchen supplies and improve deck/lounge seating outside Master bedroom. We tried to use the grill but black smoke started billowing out so we turned it off and cooked inside instead. We made do and had a wonderful time with family in this beautiful location.

This rental is clean and equipped and has great location. Donna has always been quick to respond to my questions and I love the fresh flowers we always find for us upon arrival. The rental is exactly as advertised. The furniture is comfortable and the house uncluttered. Beach towels are provided and plenty of cooking utensils. I appreciate that each year I have noticed improvements which let's me know owners care about quality and service.
