「The property is what it looks like on the pictures on the outside, but really really small in the inside. First off the house was renovated but the floors are uneven. I’m a disabled person and almost fell a few times tripping on the floor. The hallway is so small. If you’re a plus size person you will NOT be able to get down the hallway. 「Overall I liked this place. The neighborhood is quiet and the condo is comfortable. I found a few things missing/broken. I mentioned the upstairs TV to the owner and he got someone over there relatively quickly. I did not mention the rest of these things to Edris, the owner so they did not have an opportunity to fix any of it. Missing: Cutting board Toaster Water Kettle Needs: More towel bars in upstairs bathroom More cutlery - there is only 3 or 4 of each Better pillows King mattress needs...

「This house is perfect and Morgan was a wonderful host. Our plan was to bring our boat for a short fishing trip, but our boat broke down right before our visit. I mentioned it to Morgan and he offered to reach out to Big Dog Charters, I'm so thankful that they were able to accommodate our group and we fished all day! We will certainly be booking again in the near future.」

「The outside of property needed lawn care, the home itself was nice as well as the indoors. If you are driving a large SUV as we were be careful when turning in driveway related to a deep drop off ditch area were you can possibly get stuck or even damage your vehicle, not much space either on the street for maneuvering either due to overgrown grass and bushes...the house is nice, but not in an ideal location.」

「Stayed over Memorial Day Weekend. The closest crossover to the beach was closed so we had to go further down the street a few blocks. The owner communicated this, just be aware the levee is being repaired so not ALL crossovers or usable. There’s plenty of parking but the driveway could use some fresh gravel. Big potholes and mud. We gave the bottom of the camp a good clean off with the available hose and there’s still trash scattered in the Marsh near the camp from the Hurricane. Not sure whose...
