「The view is stunning, easy walking to diary and fish and chip shop. We enjoyed watching the planes across the water go in and out but the noise from this was loud at times. We enjoyed the easy access to the foreshore from the house which was pleasant to stay in. To be on the water to make the most of the view very minute of the day was our highlight as was the week of good weather. What a bonus!」

「Would be great to have a kitchenette in the unit. Wattle Downs great spot between Papakura, Manurewa & Manukau. Short distance from drive from these suburbs. Very convenient. Laundry would be a bonus especially to longer stays. 5+ days. Clean & Tidy. Parking next to the main house was a tight squeeze but it worked.」

「Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). 「We had an amazing four night stay at this stunning and very spacious apartment which is just metres away from the beach. The host was very friendly and obliging and the apartment was spotless and had every amenity we needed. Great communication from host and I would highly recommend if you wanting a peaceful getaway by the sea.」
