"From the time we arrived to the time we left everyone was vey helpful and very pleaseant. The room was lovely and clean and quite although we were on the 4th floor. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice from hot buffet, pancakes, cereals,pastries and fresh fruit. Staff were tidying and replenishing all the time so there was always plenty to go around. The only down fall i would say is that my partner and i were disappointed by the evening choice of food for the restaurant for the evening especially if you arrived on a late flight and wanted something to eat other then a burger or a wrap with chips. Especially after the huge choice from breakfast. I would definitely be staying here again when i return to belfast and certainly recommending this to my friends also. "

"Amazing stay. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Really really lovely staff members, everyone we encountered had time to stop and chat to us. Check in was really easy and smooth, we had left our bags earlier in the day which had already been taken up to our room for us, which is a lovely touch. Our room was really clean, and nicely decorated on theme. Very comfortable bed! The rest of the hotel is decorated and has lots of facts about the titanic which were really interesting. Breakfast was lovely, lots of options and you could order food as well which is within the breakfast price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Belfast!! "
