Just a 15-minute walk from the sparkling Portarlington Pier, this pet-friendly home places you near local favourite dining spots and the vibrant Recreation Reserve right across the road, where you can cheer on a local footy game. Inside, two retro-inspired living rooms, a TV with Netflix, an oversized deck, and a fully equipped kitchen set the scene for relaxation. Start your day kayaking at the pier or hop on a bus just two minutes away to explore the Bellarine Peninsula's charm.
Step inside and instantly unwind in the inviting living area, where soft leather couches beckon you to sink in and relax. Watch your favourite shows on the widescreen TV or simply soak in the cheerful ambience, brought to life by vibrant artwork adorning the walls. Slide open the doors and step onto the expansive patio—your private retreat for sipping coffee, basking in the fresh air, or watching the kids play safely in the fenced backyard.

A second living space offers even more room to connect and unwind, complete with plush leather seating and a selection of board games—perfect for cosy family nights in. Outside, the spacious deck invites you to dine alfresco with elevated views of Half Moon Bay. Start your morning with a cuppa as the sun rises, and as the day winds down, fire up the BBQ for a relaxed evening feast.

Fresh local seafood is just a stroll away at Jenkins and Son, ready for you to bring home and prepare in the fully equipped kitchen. With everything you need for effortless cooking, mealtimes are a breeze. Gather around the six-seater dining table, where good food and great company come together.

When it’s time to rest, retreat to three thoughtfully styled bedrooms designed for a peaceful night’s sleep. The primary bedroom features a plush queen bed bathed in natural light, creating a serene escape. Two additional bedrooms, each with twin single beds, boast playful pops of colour and built-in storage, making them perfect for little ones or extra guests. The sleek bathroom, fitted with a walk-in shower, spacious vanity, and a separate toilet, ensures everyone has space to refresh, while a convenient powder room and a laundry with a washer add extra ease for longer stays.

Year-round comfort is guaranteed with ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning in the main living area. Parking is simple, with space for three cars in the driveway plus ample street parking nearby. Private EV charging is also provided.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire main house to yourself. The bungalow at the back of the property is not for guests' use. Please make yourself at home!

This home is just a three-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, making it an ideal base for discovering the charm of Portarlington and its nearby attractions.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

A work site.

The house was clean and comfortable. However, the back yard is a work site; no access; the deck has been removed; front access is via broken concrete path; front lawn has been ripped up by a truck. Finally, having booked for six people there were only five towels, no hand towels and no facewashers. It coud be a lot better.
