Sauberes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz in ruhigem Dorf

Nachdem wir eine sehr sommerliche Woche in Paris verbracht haben, war die erfrischende Meerluft der Normandie schön. Wir waren nur zu dritt, daher hatten wir reichlich Platz in dem Haus. Die Räume sind ausreichend groß. Die Verständigung bei Übergabe war etwas schwierig aber dennoch möglich. Überraschend wurde nach einer hohen Kaution in Bar gefragt, die vorab nicht vereinbart war. Es ging dann auch mit kleinerer Summe in Ordnung. Was uns ein wenig wunderte war, dass gar keine Verbrauchsutensilien, wie zum Beispiel Gewürze vorhanden waren. Auch Reinigungsmittel für zum Beispiel den Grill hätte man kaufen müssen. In diesem Punkt war das Haus komplett aufgeräumt. Das kennen wir aus anderen Ferienwohnungen besser. Im Bad unten fehlt wahrscheinlich ein Geruchsverschluß in der Dusche aber mit Lüften ging es. Die auf den Bildern dargestellten Markisen waren nicht zu bedienen, es gab einen Sonnenschirm. Großer Pluspunkt sind die Rollläden vor den Fenstern, schlafen in absoluter Dukelheit. Mit der Entfernung zum Meer hat man es nicht ganz so genau genommen. Vom Grundstück bis zum Strand sind es schon ca. 500m. Je nachdem ob volle Flut oder Ebbe ist entweder nur ganz wenig oder gaaanz viel Strand da, der dann auch von Strandseglern genutzt wird. Der Tidenhub ist sehr beeindruckend. Der direkte Ort ist eine reine Wohnsiedlung, sehr ruhig. Dazu ein Campingplatz und ein kleines Restaurant/Bar. Zum belebteren Hauptort braucht es schon ein wenig zu Fuß. Zum relaxen ideal!

Ein sehr schönes Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr groß, sauber, sehr schön und mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel. Der Service-Eingang neben der Garage ist sehr praktisch. Der Garten ist geräumig und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön und voller Möglichkeiten für verschiedene Aktivitäten, wie z.B. einen Tag am Strand zu verbringen, spazieren zu gehen und in der Umgebung zu wandern. Der Besitzer und die Dame, die uns beim Ein- und Auschecken empfangen hat, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzige Grund, warum ich keine fünf Sterne vergebe, sind zwei kleine Dinge: - Das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss hatte einen anhaltenden unangenehmen Geruch, der wahrscheinlich aus dem Abfluss der Dusche kam, der trotz der Bemühungen des Eigentümers in der kurzen Zeit unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben werden konnte, obwohl er sich verbesserte - die Internetverbindung ist ziemlich langsam. Gut für das Lesen und Senden von Nachrichten und bescheidenen Internet-Surfen, aber vergessen Sie über Streaming-Video-Inhalte.

excellent séjour à Port Bail

très bon accueil, maison très agréable aux couleurs de la mer, dans un environnement calme, et proche de la mer. Tout est pensé pour assurer le confort des vacanciers. la situation de la maison est idéale pour réaliser de belles balades en bord de mer, à pied, en voiture, et proche des sites incontournables de la région.

Wunderschönes Haus in einer einzigartigen Gegend!

Wir haben uns in diiesem schönen Haus rundum wohlgefühlt. Es ist sehr schön im maritimen Stil eingerichtet, mit liebevoll zusammengetragenen Details dekoriert, blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nicht zu vergessen die schöne Terrasse, die wir ausgiebig nutzen konnten, da das Wetter fast immer warm und sonnig war. Dazu kommt noch die Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend, 2 Fußminuten vom Meer. Es gibt im Cotentin soviel zu entdecken, daß man mehrere Urlaube braucht, um alles gesehen zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit Mme. Marie klappte trotz unserer bescheidenen Sprachkenntnisse hervorragend, jede e-mail wurde postwendend beantwortet. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein nächstes Mal!

Ruhig und erholsam

Schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus unweit des Meeres (herrlicher Sandstrand). Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großer Parkplatz und ruhiger Garten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, es ist alles da, was man braucht - uns haben nur Eierbecher gefehlt... ;) Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war durchweg freundlich und schnell - die Betreung vor Ort durch die Verwalterin hat allerdings deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial!

Tolles Haus in super Lage zum Strand!

Wir sind zum vierten Mal in die Region gefahren und dieses Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider hatten wir dieses Jahr extremes Pech mit dem Wetter, doch das Haus war groß genug, um uns auch an stürmischen und regenreichen Tagen wohlzufühlen. Es ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll dekoriert, die Betten sind bequem und es gibt viel Platz. Es liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel in Portbail-sur-mer, ein wirklich perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in der Region. Der traumhafte Strand ist fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, was sehr praktisch war, um auch an kalten Tagen mal kurz in die Wellen zu hüpfen. Nach rechts gibt es Dünen, nach links den überwachten Strandabschnitt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, es gibt einen großen "Vorraum", wo mal seinen Kram lagern kann- sehr praktisch! Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war außergewöhnlich gut, sie haben immer sofort innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet und auch eine vorgezogene, spontane Abreise war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
