"Appartement sale vétuste rénovation à la va vite Vaisselle en hauteur impossible à attraper pour une personne moyenne aucun accueil de qualité cheminement non dégagé repas industriel bruyant très gras ou très piquant pas de grill quantité minimum par rapport au nombre de personnes servies Aucun contrôle des demi pension ou non Pas de possibilité de décharger la voiture près de l’appartement Aucun contact avec des animateurs eventuels on est parti un jour avant la fin .. seul avantage près...

"Great stay, very nice location very close to the slopes.....although the walk into town and back requires a good level of fitness due to 150 steps. :-) "

"The staff here are very helpful. There is a spa/pool. It is ski in/out. We had an apartment for 8 with mountain views; this consisted of a main bedroom with ensuite, a second double bed bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds with a curtain. The apartment was spacious and I would recommend it."

10/10 Excellent

"Liked the look of the hotel from the booking site reasonable price and location. Room was large , bed was comfy, location quiet and a good shower. Short walk to the lake where we luckily caught a bar for a beer before it closed it was Sunday afternoon. Eat in the restaurant next to the hotel which good although like the UK eating out in France is not the cheapest. Only issue we had was when a member of staff marched into our locked room without knocking. It was a bit embarrassing as I was about to shower. No apology until we raised it with the reception staff. But on the whole it was a good overnight stay. If you are heading north from here towards Calais and not in a busting hurry I would recommend the D road route towards Bourg-en-Bresse. Very pretty via beautiful gorges and cuts out some tolls and saves on back tracking into Chambery which was a bit of a mess to pick up the Autoroute."

"Great stay, new property, amazing staff, personalised service! Would definitely recommend. Anyone I encountered from Reception to bar and restaurant staff was excellent and went out of their way to look after me. Pool facilities were excellent and clean! Will come back many more times!"
