「The BEST Breakfast I have ever had in the hotel!!!!!!!!!Variety of choices, no matter from foods to drinks. As we booked the cheapest room, we cant see any view from our room.It doesnt look what the photos mentioned, however, the room is tidy,clean and spacious. There is a beautiful lake view behind the resort, it just takes 5-10mins walk,highly recommended to visit the lake park!!」

「Fantastic location on the Piazza Novembre and harbour, just steps from the Torre Apponale, MAG Museum, Bastione di Riva, historic Hydroelectric plant and ferries. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were small, but recently renovated - clean and comfortable with new bathrooms and mini fridges. 」

「Schönes und stilvolles Hotel, mit einen grosszügigem Zimmer, zuvorkommendem Service und einer tollen Gastfreundschaft. Einzig die Kopfkissen sind statt aus Federkissen mit einer Art Schaumstoff und was auch unpassend ist, dass sowohl im Restaurant und in der Bad Gäste im Bademantel sind - das ist niveaulos von den Gästen und in einem stilvollen Hotel nicht angebracht und gegenüber anständigen Gästen rücksichtslos.」

「Definitely recommend, I arrived at night and when I woke up there was a spectacular view from the property. Very clean, wonderful staff and delicious pizza. I will definitely stay here again. Parking is on a steep hill so make sure your E brake works. 」
