「Great property, facilities and supplies were very good. Our main issue was the bunk beds do not have much head height on the lower bunk, and we could not use the top bunks for the kids as the safety rails only just reached the top of the mattress and they would fall out if rolled in the night. Otherwise very happy with the cabin and hosts.」

「The property was perfectly warm & comfortable for my husband, my granddaughter and myself. Paper towel & tissues wld be a good addition. The wifi password being available instead of having to contact the host. Greater care cld be taken with cleaning behind furniture etc. but all up a very comfortable & enjoyable stay. 」

「We loved this property so much. Sweeping views of the hills, cosy fireplace with plenty of fire wood, plenty of space, lovely cottage garden and lawn, great location, friendly and kind hosts who were very responsive, and a very friendly sheep called Flossy! You can tell that a lot of effort has gone into creating a perfect stay and it has paid off. We’ll be back.」

「The host was very kind and showed us how to use the generator. Some may be bothered by the noise of the generator. There was no signal (Optus) and no WiFi, so I enjoyed living completely disconnected.」

「Eugenia’s home offered a true piece of heaven overlooking the serene landscape adjoining Lake Oberon. We drove past admiring the breath taking view with giant granite boulders dotted all along the water’s edge, and sheep peacefully grazing on the hills, not realising this would be our vista for the weekend. Her home is welcoming and clean, and well adorned with her travels and interests, which make for a relaxing place for visitors wanting to unwind and indulge in some reading or board games, or...

「This property was overall amazing! I shared the experience with 4 kids and my daughter and her husband. They all loved it so much with good access to bedrooms and the bathrooms. Obviously been a bit older than the young kids legs some of the steps were very big and steep but got down in the end. Thanks so much for the stay」

「My sister & I stayed at The Lodge. We had a relaxing but also a fun time. So many things to do in the games room. The views are spectacular. The hosts were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. The Lodge had everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this property」

「The property was just as described. The kids had a ball. We had four families (8 adults, 8 children). Each couple had their own room which had an ensuite and the kids all bunked in the one room. There was plenty of room for everyone to come together or have their own space. Even though the road to the caves was closed we drive 30 minute to a walk and waterfall which the kids enjoyed the adventure. Jacqui was so quick to respond to any questions and we saw her each day feeding the animals.」
