「Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast was nice and enough choice for us, dinner was really nice and good value and the room was clean but just needed a bit of extra attention in the bathroom. But for the price paid and location we were more than happy.」

「I got room that had roof eves that are low. I had my head hit more times on the eves. There are only 2 restaurant deliveries available at the location. The shower and bed sleep was good. The TV in the room has cast option that was convenient. The breakfast was nice.」

「Staff in the restaurant/spa bar/spa were really helpful and pleasant. The indoor pool was great. Sadly we didn't get to use the outdoor pool as it rained but it did look very nice. View from our room was lovely too. We booked breakfast on one day but found it too much after dinner the previous night. We ate at taste of Cornwall one night. The food was very good but the room was very dark and the music stopped a couple of times and nobody around to turn it back on, so lacked a nice ambience.」

「Great hotel and stay at the Port Gaverne Hotel Our room faced the sea and the bed was super comfy. Great facilities tea and coffee with fresh milk, and the dry robes were a lovely touch. We ate breakfast each morning of our 4 night stay and 2 evening meals Great food and drinks We were able to walk into Port Gaverne which only took around 10/15 minutes We would 100% return Great staff and very friendly 」

The kitchen staff were brilliant. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel made it especially great due to the amenities nearby in the plaza and fuel station. 「Had a lovely stay at Pengelly Farmhouse. A beautiful properly, spotlessly clean and lovely thoughtful touches. Homemade biscuits were lovely and even some treats for our dog. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfectly cooked! We will most definitely be back again, thank you!」

「A very pleasant stay at an unusual hotel in a building dating back to the middle ages. Definitely will go back again. Super nice staff, breakfast is excellent!」

「The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Catarina. The spa area is a calming space with a large jacuzzi and beautiful views out to sea. The location of the hotel is great, set on the cliffs with stunning sea views. We signed up to do the complimentary Pilates session with Suzanne, which we both loved! We had a lovely breakfast and an evening meal at the Wild Cafe. The home baked artisan breakfast was a huge hit with us!」
