“Room was clean, bed was really comfortable, slept really well,a little warm as radiators were on but a fan is provided, staff were really friendly, breakfast is excellent but the time slot of 07:30-09:30 is a little early, parking is really good with a roof above which stops any seagull mess👍…. “A really impressive little place that was perfect for our family of three. The quality of the accommodation was excellent, as were the location and the view. Plus there's lots to see and do in the local area. We'd happily go back”

“Clean and spacious for us (couple in late 20s). Good kitchen and cooking space with all utensils provided. The beds were comfy too. The sofas were leather and not very comfortable but we tried to be out and about as much as we could. No towels were provided Because of covid so we had to buy some as all of the information said they would be supplied and we didn’t bring any.”

“Small double bed with very hard uncomfortable mattress. Peeling paint on bannister . Torn staircarpet. Water running all night in toilet . Broken seal on shower door . Would not recommend property for families due to staircase property just seems tired and needs attention . It did have a damp smell ”

“Poor mattresses, one single power point in twin bedroom , sleeps 4 but only 3 drinking mugs & 3 forks, no kitchen knives, no outdoor furniture even though a notice told you to store it, no where to hang wet towels etc, light switch in double bedroom behind door, loose shower bracket, difficult shower controls, advertised patio is inaccurate, it is merely the shared walkway for the estate. The location is wonderful. Overall not worth the price. ”
