Wonderfull and fantastic

The villa is fantastisch. Very nice swimmingpool, jacuzzi and other things to keep our family active and happy in the house. The location of the villa is perfect for going to Lagos, Sagres, Portimao or Guia (Zoomarine). Marisa is very helpfull and a really kind host. Our holiday was wonderfull and fantastisch. Relaxing holidays

The host Marisa was very nice and helpful! Pictures are keeping what they promised. But if the headline promises a heated pool it is a bit unfair to see in the last corner of the text that this will take additional 450 Euros…. But all in all very relaxing holidays (and we did not need the heating) 😀

The property is exactly as described and depicted in the online pics. Beautiful modern house about 10 min from Lagos in a subdivision that is somewhat rural. Very quiet with a beautiful pool overlooking the valley below. Very clean property, would highly recommend!

Mixed feelings

We booked this property to enjoy a relaxing week at the Algarve. As it was not clear to us, what kind of street runs close by the property, we asked the owner. She responded that this road is not disturbing. But unfortunately this is not true. This is the main road from Lagos to Portimao and you have traffic 24/7. You might not hear it, when all windows are closed, but sitting outside at the pool, on the terrace or having the windows open, you have to expect constant traffic noise. This was very annoying and ruined our week. In regards to the house itself: it is very spacious, good quality of furniture. The pool is amazing and we would recommend to pay extra for the pool heating. The turkish bath was not worth the extra money, the sauna we did not use. A couple of things to consider: Wifi only works properly on the main floor. Hardly no reception on the lower or upper floor. As we were only two persons staying, the equipment was ok. But it seemed odd to us, that you can book for eight people, but e.g outside seating is only for six. So overall a stay, which did not make us happy because of the traffic noise.

A wonderful place to stay at the Algarve

We've booked the villa for 10 days for family vacation (4 adults, 3 children). The organization of our stay was from the beginning uncomplicated and friendly. Catarina, who was responible for our accomodation, replied always promptly to our mails and supporded us already prior to our stay pretty good. We arrived late in the night, with delay. However, Catarina waited patiently in the house to give us the keys and a short introduction. The house itself is located in a calm village between Portimao and Lagos. From the terrasse/balcony, one has a fantastic view over the vincinity. Both cities are by car only 15 to 20 minutes away, the next beach can also be reached by car within 10 minutes. The villa provides everything you need, including kitchen equipment, a nice pool, towels, parking slot, washing machine etc. Catarina and the owner took immediately care about things which we missed (e.g. coffee machine). It was very appreciated that the house was cleaned in the middle of our vacation and that the towels had been exchanged. Catarina and the owner are perfect hosts! Summarized we can recommend this beautiful place for peaple who do not need a lot of other tourists around them. It should be mentioned that you're a bit lost without a car, a walk to the beach would be too long. But since we are people who love to explore the area, we always rent a car to be mobile and to visit different spots. Therefore, the villa is the perfect starting place to make a trip to e.g. Sagres and a really comfortable shelter for a nice meal on the balcony, fun in the pool or recovering in the sleeping rooms after a nice day at the beach.

Never had such a good experience

We stayed in this great villa for one week and had a really good time. The villa was bigger than it looked like in the pictures. The service of the property manager was amazing. She replied very quickly when needed. Maybe it would be an idea to give one spare key for the house. Especially when you’d like to split up in groups for the day. Though it was still a perfect stay at a beautiful place!

Absolutely Perfect .

Our stay at the property was in late August we arrived at the property to greet Marisa who is a lovely and attentive host with great communication. She gave us a tour around the property and showed us how all the facilities worked and answered any question we had. I was very appreciative of the welcome package and the very detailed handbook that explained virtually everything, from appliances in the property and all about the local surrounding areas. I was blown away as the property is even more impressive than the photos show. The views from the pool side of the property are truly stunning. The property itself is very clean, spacious and modern and really has everything anyone could want to have for a holiday. The facilities are second to none. The pool area being of particular note it is absolutely stunning and great for all ages and all swimming abilities. It also offers shade whilst bathing. We opted for the additional pool heating which also really added to our experience. The ‘spa’ like facilities in the gym are are exemplary, the gym is basic but very useful and has most of all required for a decent workout. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the games room and the overall connectivity of the property from Wifi to Smart TV’s. The beds are firm but very comfortable. It really is a home away from home. This property can cater for any holiday type be it family, business or groups. The area it is located in is quiet and has stunning views out to the shore and estuary. The property also boasts great security including secure magnetically locked gates and electric driveway gate and a very easy to use Alarm system which also includes a night function we thought was particularly useful to parents with younger children to make sure the little darlings were always where they should be ;) . We found it very well located for our needs with large towns in both directions within a short car journey. We also found the taxi and Uber services very useful. For us it is absolutely perfect and will look to stay again in the near future.

Perfect holiday

We had a wonderful time here with our 3 small kids, the villa was very family friendly. Catarina looked after our every need, stair gates, baby cot, heated swimming pool etc. Great location, will definitely be back again.
