The property is in need of general refurbishment. Several electrical outlets are loose, the patio door does not lock properly, and bedside table lamps are missing. The patio furniture is dirty, and the kitchen cabinets are in poor condition. Additionally, there is no information provided regarding the location of refuse disposal. Notably, the advertisement includes photos of a swimming pool, but no such facility is available at the property, which is misleading.
