“The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. ”

“The place was absolutely amazing. Food was good, view was good, and staff were friendly. One thing I must say though, if you’re picking a room with a sea view, be prepared for a very lousy night. The hotel has a DJ and people like to get drunk… Also the A.C was not very cold. It took hours for the room to get to a comfortable temperature to have a good sleep. Other than that, no further comments. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at TRS Ibiza signature level. The staff were great, especially our butlers Paula and Jennifer. The food was amazing. The hotel grounds and the pools were superb. The only negative is that there's nowhere to get a snack after 10:30pm. There is 24 hour room service but this is at a cost.”
