"Our beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We had our dog with us and sometimes the rooms smell like dogs have stayed but not this one! They also inspected the room quickly and had our deposit back fast. Manager was very friendly as well as the staff."

"Upon arrival we found a BED BUG alive, walking on the bed! (3rd floor) We brought the insect to the front desk and requested to see another room. After inspecting the bed of a room of the first floor, we found evidence (dark spots/feces under the mattress) that there were bed bugs on that room too. We requested a refund, witch was granted, and left the hotel as quickly as possible. This hotel as a BED BUG INFESTATION."
