We never stayed in a VRBO before and was hesitant to book without actually seeing it. Much to our surprise, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house ( or cottage as I would call it) was perfect. It was super clean, had all the amenities we needed and was perfectly located to where my daughter is living.
The cottage was charming and very nicely decorated. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Portland.
Great Location for a weekend with friends in Portland!
This is a great place to stay while visiting Portland. The location in the Laurelhurst is close to great restaurants & unique shops, all within walking distance or a quick Uber ride. The small house was very nice with plenty of room, comfortable beds, lots of amenities. Great communication with the property managers. Definitely recommend this place for your next stay in Portland.

Great Place in a Great Location
Very nice two bedroom two bath ADU in a good neighborhood. Close to Laurelhurst Park (great park), restaurants, coffee shops etc. Ten minutes by car from downtown. A city bus stops at the end of the block. The place is newer, well-maintained, has wifi, TV, washer/dryer, well appointed small kitchen. Second bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Highly recommended.

Lovely Lauralhurst
Due to a kitchen fire, we lived at this delightful ADU for several months. The ADU was spotless, had wonderful amenities and first class appointments and kitchenware. The iTrip customer service folks were responsive, helpful and thoughtful in addressing any concerns that came up. The location is excellent; near the park, convenient to neighborhood resources (restaurants, breweries, grocery shopping etc), and well maintained. It is located in a high end Portland neighborhood with mature trees, shady strolls, and one of the best restaurants in Portland (the Lauralhurst Market) is in walking distance. There is a Tri-Met bus stop in the same block with direct service to downtown Portland (just minutes away). I'm sure anyone coming here will enjoy their stay.
Great communication with our host from start to end.Clean new and very comfortable space.

Great Location
We stayed to visit our kid in town. The place was in a perfect loaction...live music at the LaurelThirst Tavern, great beer at MigrationBrewery, and wonderful Haitian food at TapTap.
The space was well furnished, but be aware it has the bare bone basics for the kitchen. Coffee, and acouple of spice jars. No toaster.
I hung out on the front porch and enjoyed the coffee and reading. No back yard access as noted.
Great neighborhood amd Stay!
The house was clean, spacious for my self and adult son. Also conveniently close to another family member. The property manager keep in good touch, and was very welcoming. If we needed anything I felt it would be handled.

Charming Cottage in Historic Portland Neighborhood
We chose the Lovely Laurelhurst Living cottage because of its location near a family member we were visiting. The location is in an historic neighborhood of well maintained residences on tree lined streets. The cottage was everything we hoped it would be. Beautiful setting, very cute little home. We also enjoyed the cottage because it was very clean, quiet, and had comfortable queen beds in both bedrooms. Everything worked well and was easy to operate. There is AC which was useful because we were in Portland during a warm spell. We are looking forward to our next visit to the charming Lovely Laurelhurst Living cottage the next time we visit our family in Portland.
Overall small, self-contained house has charm, character and is well located in Laurelhurst. Can be a bit noisy on Glisan St but not bad. It’s managed by a third party management company which makes it feel and operate more like a commercial property than a personally cared-for owner-managed accommodation. They were responsive when we called to resolve a lack of heating downstairs but some aspects of supplies are not maintained. They want a 5-star rating but it’s just not at that level. When we arrived on a cold week in March the downstairs heater wouldn’t warm the space. The heater is mounted high on the wall close to the ceiling so the hot air rises to the upstairs and makes the upstairs bedroom a sauna leaving the downstairs cool. (But one can open windows upstairs and close the door to keep the hot air out.) We finally asked for a space heater for downstairs which they finally delivered after a cold first night and next day. It’s a small but fully functional kitchen although not 5-star missing a toaster, decent cookware, no mixing bowl and no wine glasses. Also, the olive oil bottle had two tablespoons remaining and the coffee was a very big can of Kirkland ground coffee so who knows how old. They have a bit of an ant problem so the are ant traps inside . The source could be the garbage cans right outside the kitchen door.
