Front desk was not very pleasant. Try to charge us full payment even though we made partial payment via Expedia. Did not tell us about the breakfast plan we purchased and what the daily allowance were. Valet parking only of $60 per day. Parking attendant did tell us we can park offsite at a public garage $25 for 24 hrs offsite. Overall hotel was clean but poor front desk etiquette.

Convenient location, and I love that it’s pet friendly. The valet parking is worth it for the added car security and convenience. The bed was very comfortable — supportive but still soft and cozy. I’ve stayed here before and really like the room layout and design. This stay I noticed some wear and tear that could use a little upkeep, including scratched walls, pealing paint, a cracked bathroom sink, and some staining along the shower seals. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay, but the rooms could use some maintenance and refreshing. I was here on a Friday night and the restaurant / bar closed at 9pm. If you’re arriving late it’s worth brining snacks and water/beverages. There were a couple of options in the room but pricey.
