Every surface had a strain on it, of some kind. The room above me was leaking water and I could hear it dripping on the dry wall of my ceiling. The shower head was comically low and I'm 5'2".

Room was okay, staff was not very helpful and breakfast was definitely not continental. There was a $150 deposit as well the room total that we were unfortunately aware of when we arrived at the hotel, we definitely knew there would be a deposit required but were used to $30-70 deposits. Had no problem paying the deposit but would appreciate more communication of this pricing requirement for future trips :) overall a okay stay for a weekend concert

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing about the photos of the lobby or the continental breakfast was correct. I don’t think any of the vending machines worked. One vending machine hand 1 bag of chips. We didn’t need ice so we didn’t use that. Night manager was wonderful. The morning manager not so helpful.

First time staying at this quality inn. I love Quality Inn BUT this one could use improvement. Once we checked in and headed to our room. The door looked like it was busted/broken into. Checked the room out. And the fridge still had old drinks/food inside. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. So we had to switch rooms. Which the staff was gladly to do for us. And the second was much nicer. And everything was in walking distance.
