Comfy apartment near the heart of downtown

This property is located within walking distance to downtown Portland, The Perl District, Washington Park, Forest Park and China Town. It is clean, modern and generally quiet as well as private. We found it to be the perfect alternative to a hotel room and at an affordable price. Fully recommend this property

Lovely Portland Spot

This spot was very cute and in such a quaint neighborhood, within walking distance to so many cafes and restaurants. This was a perfect place to spend our little weekend getaway to and would do it again.

A perfect dream!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay! From the communication with the host (which was amazing), to the amenities and location of the unit, everything was just perfect. So close to Washington Park, the train and excellent dining options. Well truly miss this place and….the art!

Ideal location, street parking available, great decor and finishes plus lots of natural light. Highly recommend.

Would not stay here again. Stains on the loveseat. Water damage in the bathroom on the wall and floor base. Tub is probably 20 inches high, so difficult to get in to take a shower. Toilet paper holder missing a set screw, so it repeatedly fell off. There is only enough room for one person to be comfortable on the loveseat to watch television. Parking is hit and miss. Two evenings we could not find street parking. There were too many small things. The refrigerator door needs to be moved to the other side, for easier access. Recommend removing skillets that they cannot get cleaned. The majority of Americans drink coffee, not expresso. There is only an expresso machine. We could hear the toddler upstairs ... it wasn't horrible, but noticeable. They must have made a decision to buy a cheaper tankless water heater, as it was extremely loud every time hot water was used. When the kitchen faucet started leaking, we waited for hours and hours with no response. We checked back and then were offered for maintenance to come between 8 and 10am the next morning. Who wants to get up on vaca and be gone before 8 am for maintenance? And, that was the only timeframe they offered us. On a positive, they dropped off additional K pods when it was requested. Definitely a no for us, but I respect that many others were happy for it. We have stayed at short term rentals many, many times. This unit and one other one are the only ones we would not re-book.

This property was clean and the perfect size. It was a bit cold when we first arrived and took some time to warm up. The whole property was really amazing.
