Anúncio diz ter secador de cabelos no quarto, mas nao tem. Segundo uma funcionária da recepção, nenhum quarto tem secador. O hóspede tem de descer, usar e descer para devolver, porque são poucos secadores disponíveis. Café da manhã ok. Funcionários:alguns muito gentis; outros nem tanto. Lençóis velhos. Toalhas ok. Quarto necessitando de pintura e um piso melhor. Banheiro velho, necessita reforma.. Tv pequena, desproporcional em relação ao quarto. Quarto de fundos - silencioso.

Quarto razoavel

A equipe da recepção é maravilhosa, o café estava bom . Achei um quarto muito menor do que aparentava na foto e a pequena mesa que havia bloqueava constantemente a entrada do quarto pois o quarto é pequeno demais e era o unico lugar para aquela mesa. Não havia youtube na TV o que atrapalhou o fato de eu querer assistir a aula do meu curso para um concurso publico que prestei no dia seguinte. Fiquei limitada ao celular. O cobertor estava RASGADO o que me chocou. Mas quando vi ja era muito tarde e so queria dormir. Outro ponto é a acustica do quarto em que a gente ouve nitidamente as pessoas entrando e saindo nos quartos do lado de fora. Em suma: tirando o quarto pequeno , falta de youtube, cobertor rasgado e acustica, o resto foi bom.

Bem razoavel. Chegamos no hotel por volta das 22h debaixo de um temporal. Paramos o carro na porta do hotel que fica em uma avenida movimentada e quase na frente de um ponto de onibus. Nenhum funcionario apareceu ou se dispos a nos ajudar com as malas ou ao menos trazer um guarda chuvas. A entrada do estacionamento ficava distante e sem nenhum tipo de cobertura. O cafe da manha nao oferecia nenhuma opcao de alimebto sem gluten ou sem lactose.

Estadia boa. Só não gostei do café da manhã, achei limitado, com poucas opções de alimentos (somente pão de forma, aqueles de pacote, e dois tipos de bolo - sempre os mesmos). Somente mamão como opção de fruta. O atendimento do pessoal da recepção foi muito bom, são bem gentis e cordiais. Excetua-se o péssimo atendimento de uma senhora que serve o café da manhã. Ocupei um único lugar no restaurante enquanto limpavam meu quarto e ela, quase gritando, falou que eu não podia ficar ali, que era exclusivo para o café da manhã. Detalhe: ainda haviam muitos lugares vagos no restaurante...

Quando reservei, estava na descrição que havia estacionamento disponível. Quando cheguei lá, não havia, somente eles indicavam um posto de gasolina a 200m do local, que tinha de levar o carro até lá e voltar caminhando em POA à noite. O estacionamento esse estava lotado e cobrava o valor de R$ 50,00 a pernoite. Então tive de procurar por outro estacionamento, deixar o carro e ir de Uber de volta até o hotel. Péssimo.

Hotel em reforma

Hotel foi afetado pela enchente de maio/24 e não sabíamos disto. O pessoal da recepção nos atendeu muito bem, dentro das condições atuais do mesmo. O hotel está em obras e espero que consiga se recuperar do ocorrido.
