Property in very poor conditions. Outdated, poor maintenance, missing toiletries and not clean (specially the kitchen drawers). And, on top of that, they allow homeless people to join for breakfast. Had to leave the hotel earlier. Glad that Expedia helped me get a refund of the remainder days.

O hotel está muito bem conservado, limpo e confortável. Recebi tratamento excelente da equipe, sempre minuciosa nos cuidados. A academia é bem completa e a piscina aquecida. Local seguro e de rápido acesso aos pontos principais da cidade. O café da manhã poderia ser mais diversificado e atender aos hóspedes com restrições alimentares, o que não acontece. No mais, voltaria muitas vezes.

Nós hospedamos no hotel a anos! Porém desta última vez foi horrível. Apos o restaurante Quintanilha resolver viralizar no tik tok com influenciadores digital o café da manhã estava lotado, muita gente muita fila, horrível Para os hóspedes do hotel! Odiamos a experiência e provavelmente nunca mais nos hospedaremos neste hotel.

Hotel excelente. Ficamos no quarto familia com 2 ambientes. Tudo limpo e organizado, com otimo cafe da manhã. O aparelho de ar condicionado precisa ser atualizado, pois ainda é aqueles antigos e faz muito barulho.
