The room was big for Brazil hotels, and the bed was great. Cleaning ladies were awesome!!! (Kind and very thorough) HOWEVER it was not as promised. The claim of having a kitchen was only a fridge and sink. No stove as in picture, and microwave was downstairs in lobby common area. Construction was going on right on our floor, so wake up to hammers and drills on the concrete everyday. Also, as i was leaving they charged parking ($10 a day, expensive for their standards) and was not disclosed to me before. Will not return.

A entrada fica um pouco escondida e como chegamos de noite estava muito escuro. Mas o atendimento foi ótimo e o quarto também estava bom.

Fiquei muito decepcionada com a estadia! Reservei um quarto casal luxo, nas imagens da reserva do hotel mostrava fotos de um quarto bonito, com papel de parede, com banheiro amplo, painel na tv! Quando chegamos no quarto foi o susto, nos colocaram num quarto triplo, a tv estava num suporte na parede quase caindo, o banheiro tinha que entrar de lado e fazer as necessidades com a cara quase dentro da pia, o chuveiro não esquentava de jeito nenhum, o único espelho era um minúsculo redondo na pia do banheiro, a luz piscava a cada 5 minutos e quando piscava dava um barulhão! Enfim, horrível!

Problemas solucionados

A princípio fomos direcionados a um quarto com um banheiro minúsculo, em que não havia papel higiênico e o secador de cabelo não funcionava. Além disso, estávamos em três pessoas e só havia dias toalhas de banho. Após conversarmos com a recepcionista, fomos trocados de quarto e deu tudo certo. Quanto à piscina, funciona sob agendamento e é preciso pagar pelas toalhas usadas, já que não se pode usar as toalhas do quarto.

Uma noite OK.

O Hotel é bacana, o atendimento é ótimo, mas nem de longe é um Resort. Não havia nada disponivel no quarto (água, shampoo, sabonete, papel), tivemos que pedir ou comprar. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas bom. O estacionamentro é pago a parte.

Ambiente caseiro, tudo organizado, limpo e acessível. Equipe do hotel excelente, todos prestativos e cordeais. Estacionamento dentro do hotel. Café da manha bem gostoso, sem exageros e com uma tapioca feita hora tri boa.

Bem longe de ser resort..

Ao chegar no local, nos deparamos com um cachorro de porte grande solto na recepção. Havíamos reservado um quarto para três pessoas(eu, meu marido e meu irmão). Mas ao receber a chave e entrar no quarto, encontramos apenas uma cama de casal. A sorte que ainda havia um último quarto disponível (acredito que seja um reserva) e acomodaram meu irmão lá. Mesmo sendo solucionado o problema, achamos um tanto desorganizado. O café da manhã é servido em um espaço apertado, além de ser demorado e com poucas opções. Diante da péssima experiência, não recomendo o ‘resort’ e não volto a me hospedar neste local.

Péssimo

horrível, do acesso a estrutura oferecida, pior tem muitos lustres no pequeno quarto, e quando fui deitar bati em um deles, quebrou em muitos pedados, perigo e assustador, pior tive que pagar por isso, além do incomodo prejuízo 180 reais, absurdo!!!!
