Hope you don't have to find out the HARD WAY!

Upon arrival, we noticed that someone had urinated on the door to the building that had not been cleaned, needless to say that it was always a delight to get in/out of the building. The apartment itself is old and falling apart, especially the furniture. Use the bed at your own risk. Check the listing carefully, even though it states 2 bathrooms (sometimes even 3) it is in fact 1 bathroom - Toilet and sink in one room and shower and sink in another. NOTE: VRBO will not stand by you even though the landlord is blatantly false advertising. The shower does not drain and had not been cleaned from the previous rental. The apartment is on the corner of two busy streets right in the heart of the action. That being said, you can hear people partying until the morning thus making it very hard to sleep. I would not stay here again. Check out was super easy - put the keys in the lock box, flip the bird and your off!
