Friendliest staff. Make you feel welcome. Beautiful morning and evening walks. Easy transportation via trolley or bus. Or if you prefer bikes. Absolutely best choice to stay away from crowds and noise.

Lovely

Very nice place with a decent free continental breakfast, record player room, free port, roof garden, huge comfortable rooms, great shower and AC.. I want to give it a bad rating so none of you go and it’s always free for me! But a very nice place to go be near the beach.

My 21 year old daughter and I stayed at Duas Portas for 2 nights. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience here. The property is stylish, clean and so comfortable. The staff are so helpful and accommodating. We arrived quite early and were welcomed with an early check in to our beautiful room with a river view. The bedding was high quality and the most comfortable bed to sleep in. The breakfast was lovely, with eggs to order, and many other delicious options, while records played jazz music. There are bikes to borrow and a beautiful garden as well. Cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place! Stay here…you will love it

Beautifully designed from the moment you walk up to the hotel, with attention to detail in every single room. Staff was helfpul and accomdating, especially because we had a 7am departure and breakfast wasn't until 8am - they gave us to-go breakfasts that we picked up on our way out. GORGEOUS place - including our bedroom, the breakfast area and the coffee area.

Outstanding service and a great locati highlight this place. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome The street can be very loud with the trolley going by during the day and cars. But the service, from greeting to leaving is absolutely the best!

Bon rapport qualité prix

Les points faibles: Hotel a première vue excentré, mais la ligne 500 directement devant règle sans soucis cette question, par contre il faut considérer la liaison vers l’aeroport en taxi, le bus 500 n’étant pas idéal si on est chargé. Le petit-déjeuner est moyen, et le  mobilier relativement basique. Plus voir l’établissement comme une chambre d’hôtes qu’un hotel. Les points forts: Situation au calme, permettant des promenades le long de la Douro, ce qui est très agréable. C’est certainement le plus bel atout de l’hôtel. Les chambres, même sur la route (donc le fleuve aussi) sont suffisamment calme, propre et assez grande. Le personnel est très serviable.

Everyone I encountered was polite, pleasant and very helpful. The owner was present and engaged, patient to answer all my questions as a first time to Portugal person. I highly recommend Duas Partas to those who prefer the smaller more intimate accommodations. And, breakfast options were many. I tried several different ones and each was very good!

Just Top!!!! :-) Exceptionnel. Acceuil chaleureux, service absolument irreprochable. Clairement sous évalué. Un séjour qui m a fait adoré d autant plus Foz/Porto qui a deja de serieux atouts. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propre et de tres bon gout. Et le tout pour un prix plus que raisonable. It is a top (100%) hotel. Thanks :-)

We loved Duas Portas. Perfectly suited next to the Duoro River between City and Beach. The House is also good for Families Nd you dont‘t have parking problems aas they are many around. The Staff is lovely and helpful and the small garden and backyard are enough for kids for playing a bit. The only thing is that you hear the planes while landing. So if you are not noise sensitive, its perfect place for a Porto trip.

Esta en un sitio muy agradable para huir del lio de Oporto, pero cerca para disfrutarlo si se desea. Muy bien ubicado para cruzar hacia afurada o para ir a Foz. La casa es muy bonita y tranquila con bonitas vistas a la desembocadura del Duero y un jardin muy agradable. Perfecto para estar tranquilo pero cerca para disfrutar la ciudad. Las camas son maravillosas
