Bra frukost med, mycket sött och frukt. När vi först kom luktade rummet mycket svett och instängt och saknade täcken. Detta lyftes med personal och vi fick byta rum efter en stund och efterfråga täcken på nytt. Nästa dag när vi varit ute och kom tillbaka hade personal varit och städat men lämnat vår dörr öppen på glänt! Detta lyftes ännu en gång med personal men ingen återkoppling skedde. Känns inte säkert och hade inte kommit tillbaka. Personalen vid frukosten var super trevliga.

Great hotel, less than a 15 minute walk from the river. The only downside is it gets quiet around the area at night time. Overall a great stay, will come back again.

Nice, clean, great service, bonus perks!
We stayed at Eurostars Das Artes as a family and really enjoyed our experience. The hotel, from lobby to the room, is clean, has elevators every step of the way, and we were welcomed by pasteis de nata and infused water when we checked in. Perhaps the most welcoming, however, was the concierge who checked us in, Catarina. She was very approachable and friendly, and gave us great recommendations for sights to see and places to eat - check-in was such a smooth process with her. This branch of Eurostars is a bit further from the centre of Old Town but still easily walkable and in a nice area. Note that the minipreco grocery store nearby might be closed, as we never saw it open, even during normal opening hours! There is still a minipreco express about 6 min walk away though. Overall, this was our favourite hotel to stay at in Portugal and we would stay again and recommend!

Literie confortable et agréable. Le vrai bémol de la chambre : l'occultation de la fenêtre : les rideaux n'étaient pas assez large pour occulter la totalité de la fenêtre qui se trouvait côté rue passante très éclairée par les lampadaires. Très désagréable car impossible d'avoir un black-out dans la chambre. Du reste ça allait.

Os principais pontos do Porto sao razoavelmente próximos uns dos outros. O Hotel está enquadrado nisso, boa localização. Fizemos tudo a pé. Quarto amplo, se comparado a outras opcoes na Europa, limpo e confortável. Funcionarios cordiais e cafe da manhã excelente, com grande variedade. Recepção poderia ter mais de um funcionário, mas isso é apenas um detalhe diante de tantos pontos positivos. Recomendo o Hotel.

Great location but the worst Eurostars property I have stayed yet. Room representation on Expedia was wrong. Triple room said one double bed or three twin beds. We found the third bed to be a rollaway with the most uncomfortable mattress. I would have booked a separate room had I known. Expedia customer service was unhelpful and said I had to resolve with property. Girl at front seat was clueless and there was no supervisor or manager on site. Rooms were shabby. Shower gel empty. Neither reception or room service answers the phone. I went down to ask and they sent shampoo instead. Did not receive the free bottle of wine in any of the 4 rooms I booked. Wi-Fi does not work well in most of the rooms. One girl at the front desk and took thirty minutes to check in. No supervisor or manager available in the morning or evening to resolve issues. We were out on tours 8 am to 5 pm. Entry way small and we have to carry luggage up the stairs at the entrance. I only booked this hotel because of prior fantastic experience at Eurostar hotels in other cities. This was a disaster and I would not recommend it. Expedia also needs to fix the room description . They need to verify property description . Except location, nothing about this hotel was good. This is the only time in my multiple travels that I had to give a one star review

The front desk staff is often overwhelmed, confused, and unable to resolve basic issues. Room cleaning is always late and hurried. Bar service is great with Diego and Jasmine doing a great job and super friendly. Restaurant is open only for breakfast. Management should correct the areas of deficiencies in order to turn this small hotel into a good one.

Average quality for the price they charge. Extremely dysfunctional front desk. Very late in cleaning the room. Breakfast is good but on the pricey side, same as parking. Best was the bar service with both Diego and Jasmine being exceptional.

L’hôtel est assez bien situé par rapport au centre. Un peu décevant côté sérieux du personnel: check-in ( carte n’est pas programmée, on ne trouvait pas la chambre, car on nous a pas dit qu’elle se trouvait dans une autre aile), le personnel du nettoyage a laissé la chambre ouverte et il n’y a aucun contrôle pour des gens qui rentrent dans l’hôtel. La nuit les personnes ont créées dans le couloir…
