Fantastic Hotel Porto

Hotel was incredibly clean and modern. Staff very attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Only about a 10/15 stroll to the centre of Porto. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel check in was exemplary. The young fellow who works the night shift (we checked in at 7pm) went out of his way showing us maps and giving restaurant recommendations. He explained the local food, how to order and the differences. We had an issue with the safe and he fixed it straight away. If they could clone him, I would only book in these hotels. He made the trip better. Thank you.

the staff was fantastic. the breakfast at the hotel was very tasty with a mix of basic breakfast things and local specialties. arranging the transfer via expedia/email with the hotel was very easy and worked out perfectly. would come here again.

STAFF WAS EXECELLENT! ESPECIALLY DURING THE UNPRECENDENTED COUNTRYWIDE BLACKOUT THAT TOOK PLACE ON APRIL 28, 2025. Quiet, modern, cozy hotel with great facilities (rainfall shower, safe, AC, ample storage, etc) and nice touches like slippers and complimentary water and chocolates on arrival. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Excellent location: in a quiet area, 10 mins walk to the nearest metro station and shop, 20 mins to the city centre. The beds are quite hard, could do with a topper, but still pretty comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is in a great location, away from the main square but this means it’s very quiet and you can get a good nights sleep. We wanted hot water for tea and the super kind staff brought us a whole tea making tray, with mugs, a kettle and teabags. The front desk team have been very kind regarding a member of our party who was unable to travel. We very much appreciate their kindness with this. The rooms can get a little warm and the button for air con is tricky to find. However once you do the rooms are a perfectly fine. Our room was spotless and seemed very fresh and new! Lovely decoration too. I’d stay here again if visiting Porto.

Good hotel but check for the little things

It was a good hotel, comfort, it is just that it costs more than average, at least put in the room coffee, how come in a 4 star hotel they is no coffee /hot water. Also as written before, all hotels that parking costs money, mention it in the description, but here they say parking and nothing regarding 15euro fee.
