The neighborhood is quiet and there several small restaurants nearby, also supermarkets. We love our stay, the apt is spacious, clean and coneveniently located. We could find everything we needed at the apt. The only reason I don’t give a 5 star is because we had issues with the fridge and although I called the number in my reservation, nothing was done to solve the problem. The fridge door was about to fall over and we had to be very careful everytime and our food was not getting cold enough. It was a small problem that should have been fixed before or right away. Other than that, it was a great stay, I recommend it!!!

Guest Ready was NOT Ready

Cleanliness was rated low due to mold in each of the showers and the floors in the kitchen and dining room had not been swept. Of most concern was the dirty towels behind the bathroom door on the floor and one on the peg; there was more soiled towels in the laundry room which we had to wash in order to have enough for our group of four. The corner laundromat was used to dry the towels. The sofa bed had unclean linen, the single bed had no linen, just a mattress pad and cover. We went to the variety store to purchase linen, comforter and pillows. Check-In was straight forward. Accuracy of the listing was rated low because the pictures included amenities like soap dispenser (found empty in a drawer), full kitchen was unusable because the k-cup machine did not work (bought a french press), the skillets were so badly chipped and scratched that the teflon coating would come off and into the food. One small saucepan. NO WINE GLASSES! We bought those, too. Communication was a nightmare because I could not use the VRBO site, I had to create a GuestReady profile and communicate through their platform. I repeatedly had to explain myself only to be asked the same question again. Location was convenient to the Metro which was nice but we were unprepared for the many abandoned buildings. Overall rating was poor because in addition to the above for the first several days we were afraid for our safety as "someone" had entered into the apartment and GuestReady could not confirm

Boa casa para um pequeno grupo

Só não dei 5 estrelas, devido ao facto do poliban quadrado estar a vazar água... o que causou uma pequena inundação na casa de banho que estravazou para o corredor. Também acho que podia ter detergente da loiça, esfregão e um pano de loiça. De resto, tem todas as condições e todo o conforto para uma pequena família ou um pequeno grupo.Acredito que fazendo as melhorias necessárias, este alojamento será sempre uma ótima referência na cidade do Porto.Muito obrigado.

Bon emplacement, literie confortable

L appartement est très grand, les lits super confortables, et l emplacememt est top par rapport a l ligne D du metro qui nous emmene aussi bien au centre de Porto que jusqu'à vila nova de Gaia. Nous avons pu nous garer dans le voisinage sans avoir a payer de parking. Nous avons eu la chance qu'il ne fasse pas tres chaud car la pte chamnbre du bout etait coincée entre le coin repas et une petite veranda contanant les moteurs des cliamatisseurs et le bruit et chaleur émanant des machines en route rendaient la chambre tres inconfortable. Également pt bémol les sols etaient sales. Sinon pour le service client ils ont repondu três rapidement pour des pts soucis que nous avons rencontré et fait au mieux pour nous aider, ils nous ont remboursé une nuitée car un des pts problèmes n a pas pu etre réglé pendant le sejour.

Séjour très agréable. Logement spacieux, 2 sdb, bien desservi par la ligne de métro pour aller au centre historique. Seul bémol, la machine à café :impossible de trouver des capsules.
