Step into our inviting studio where modern elegance meets comfort. The open-plan living area features a plush blue sofa and a smart TV perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Large windows invite natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere that beautifully highlights the minimalist decor.

Adjacent to the living area is a compact yet fully equipped kitchen. With an oven, microwave, and all necessary cooking utensils, you'll find it a pleasure to prepare meals. Share your creations at the dining table that seats four comfortably, making every meal a social occasion.

Rest peacefully in the bedroom area, featuring a queen bed adorned with soft linens.

The bathroom provides a refreshing shower, perfect for starting or ending your day.

Step out onto the balcony with a view of Porto's historic charm, the perfect spot to savour morning coffee or evening drinks.

The studio is located in the heart of the city, right near the main nightlife district (bars and clubs). Due to its lively location, there will be night-time noise. It’s perfect for guests looking to enjoy the city’s nightlife, but might not be suitable for light sleepers.

Guests have full access to the studio on the 2nd floor. Please note, there is no elevator in this historic building.

We are GuestReady, a property management company, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your stay. Just so you know, this is a personal home, so please treat it as if it were your own.

This studio is nestled in Porto's bustling Cedofeita district. Known for its artistic vibe, this central neighborhood offers a mix of cultural attractions, quaint cafes, and lively bars. Explore nearby Rua Miguel Bombarda for art galleries or relax in the green spaces of Jardins do Palácio de Cristal.

Getting around is easy with Trindade Metro Station just a 7-minute walk away, offering connections across Porto. The area is well-served by buses and trams, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. Enjoy the vibrant city life right at your doorstep.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
