Good location but buyer beware

The apartment is very nice and in a good location. However, the light in one bathroom doesn't work, nor does the dishwasher, and there is no washing machine, even though it is listed on the website. I have had multiple communciations with the host, "Guestready", and with VRBO, and now, two weeks after our stay, the website still says that they have a washing machine. They said that they would compensate for the trouble, but that still hasn't happened.
