The apartment has a balcony with panoramic city view, is on the 2nd floor of a 2 floors building (WITHOUT elevator). It has a mezzanine with one double bed, one living room with a double sofa-bed plus a fully equipped kitchenette and. The living room has access to the balcony, where you can enjoy an amazing view of the city and have relax to the max.

We have a crib, cutlery, baby bath and chair, babybath, available on demand - if you need any of these items, please let us know BEFORE the day of check-in.

All checkins after midnight are subject to an extra charge of € 20 paid in cash and at checkin.

After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may incur in case of:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.

Depending on the situation, the locksmith cost is between 40 / 150 Eur.

If you want to use the sofa bed available in the apartment or if you need a cot (or cutlery, chair and baby bath, babybath) you will need to let us know in time, at least one day before your arrival.
