Friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was clean and as expected. The mattress and pillows were quite firm and may not suite a traveller with back problems.

Au centre des transports à 100 mètres de la station TRINDADE (direct aéroport) et à 800 mètres de la gare ferroviaire de Sao Bento. Petit déjeuner dans une patisserie à 10 mètres de l'hotel. A la limite du centre historique et nouvelle ville.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. In a great location with a train station on the other side of the street that can take you to and from the airport as well as other places. It’s also within walking distance of a lot of other tourist attractions.

Situación inmejorable enfrente del metro Trindade y muy cerca del centro andando. Limpieza y atención del personal bien. Incluye un desayuno bàsico pero suficiente en las cafeterìas de al lado. Por calidad precio repetirìa sin duda.

Really clean and overall a nice room. Across the street from the metro station and overall very central and very walkable. Anna made our stay fantastic, she was wonderful and helped us with everything we needed. Room was cleaned daily, and everyone overall was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

地下鉄の駅の前で非常に交通の便が良い立地です。チェックイン、滞在中、チェックアウトの際の受付スタッフの対応はとても親切でフレンドリー。レストランの場所や地下鉄の利用方法など、いろいろな質問に笑顔て丁寧に説明してくれました。大通りに面しており、治安面でも問題ないと感じました。アメニティはほとんどありませんが、持参していたので問題ありませんでした。一点だけ注文としては、シャワールームの排水がつまりやすく水がフロアにたまりやすい点が難点でした。ただ総合的にコストパフォーマンスの高いホテルだと思います。また利用したいと思います。

Great location directly opppsite metro. Clean room, reasonable size. Negatives were no mini fridge, kettle or any other means of chilling or heating food or drink in the room. Fixed shower screen was too short, so bathroom was constantly wet with shower water. The communal coffee machine in the foyer was broken for the duration of our stay. The breakfast in the cafe next door was limited and repetitive, OJ, ham n cheese roll, brioche and lamentably poor coffee. Our taste buds had had enough after four days.

Stay in Lisbon
The staff were very friendly and helpful (let me rest in the sitting area until I could check in). They provided directions to the sites in town and which metro lines to take. The room was great, a bit worn but that what happens with a popular hotel. The facility was located near a lot of restaurants and shops. I will say it was quite an uphill hike from the Alameda station, might want to consider the Saldanha as it is more downhill.

Couple of days in Porto
The Hotel was directly across from the metro station, which was convenient when pulling heavy luggage! The hotel was clean and fairly spartan, which was the reason for the less expensive cost. The staff were great welcoming me to the hotel, as well as, providing directions around town and places to eat. I would recommend bringing toiletries with you as the hotel did not provide much. I would stay there again.
