Beautiful, but Noisy!

The apartment is just as advertised— beautiful, cheery, spacious, and clean. The neighborhood and building are noisy. Street noise, loud upstairs neighbors, and a barking pet in the building made sleeping after a busy day of touring difficult. If not for the noise, the apartment would be lovely.
