The Space:

The flat offers a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe, ideal for relaxing. The living room is cosy and has a television with cable channels for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, including a coffee machine, oven, microwave and refrigerator, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. The private bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a shower, towels and toiletries. For your convenience, the flat offers free Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

This flat, located on the 4th floor and accessible by lift, provides full access to its areas and amenities. Guests can enjoy a kitchen equipped with all utensils, including a coffee machine, and a full bathroom. The private bedroom offers a double bed with bedding, and the living room has a television and wireless internet.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Rua José Cardoso da Silva, the flat enjoys a privileged location in Porto. Just a few steps away is the University of Porto campus and São João Hospital, making it ideal for students, professionals and visitors. The São João Hospital metro station, just a few minutes' walk away, offers quick and direct connections to the city centre and major tourist attractions. The surrounding area combines residential tranquillity with the convenience of easy access to services and transport, providing a comfortable stay with excellent mobility.



Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located near several transport options. The bus station is just a 1-minute walk away, providing easy access to different areas of the city. For those who prefer the underground, the Hosp. São João station is a 15-minute walk away.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of €200 will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) - fee upon inquiry.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of €150. If the expenses exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected.
