Located very close to the Trindade Metro Station, the famous Rua de Santa Catarina, and the city center of Porto, you'll be just a few minutes away from all the action and the main tourist attractions of the city! A must-see stop is the Clérigos Tower, where you can admire the city from its highest point, followed by a visit to one of the city's most iconic landmarks: Livraria Lello!

In this area, you’ll find everything you need: easily accessible public transportation for further exploration, with Trindade or Marquês metro stations just a few minutes away, along with various bus lines, services, and entertainment!

Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!

Getting Around:
* Metro - Line E from the Airport to Trindade Metro Station + 5 minutes on foot to the apartment.

* Transfer - We have a partnership with a transfer company. If you're interested, please provide us with your flight details.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, you will incur a cost (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team's assistance to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7 p.m. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon consultation.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €190 for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow access to a collaborator of the host for property inspections whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
