Could be a great place to stay due to many things, some small some notDangerous walk up stairs especially at night to third floor as stairway lights do not workSink drain stopper in kitchen broken so does not hold waterStove top exhaust fan and light don’t workShower head is a hand wand holder which is very loose and coming off the wall so the wand falls out although the water spray is goodNo holder for soap or shampoo in shower so must use bottom of showerOnly a single wine glassNo ice cube trays in freezerNo instructions for washing machine other than in PortugueseRoof top terrace has no drainage so remains very wet underfoot after rainOutdoor sofa on terrace with cushion covered with black and green mold to point where unusableHas major construction going on next door and across the street with some noise during the day on weekdaysThe owner did not inform about the construction noise until after I had placed first deposit; Had I cancelled at that point would have lost half of deposit; this is deceptive marketingGood location close to some good restaurants and cafesEasy walk to many sights
