The Space:

This cozy and functional studio offers a bedroom with a double bed, ensuring privacy and comfort. The pleasantly designed living room connects to a balcony, perfect for enjoying leisure time. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your meals, and the complete bathroom offers all the necessary amenities. The apartment is equipped with an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV, providing a pleasant and worry-free stay.



Guest Access:

The guest has access to the entire apartment, including the living room, bedroom, full bathroom, and balcony. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and linens.



The Neighborhood:

Almada Street and its surroundings offer a charming experience in the heart of Porto. Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on request). The property is located at Rua do Almada 514, 4050-034 Porto, Portugal, with easy access to a wide network of public transport. Details on travel times to major transport hubs and the airport can be provided upon request.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of €200 will be applied for smoking.



If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A charge of €200 per hour will apply if you check out without authorization after the scheduled time.



If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) - fee upon inquiry.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of €150. If the expenses exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected.
